Weingut Ziereisen, Spätburgunder "Schulen", 2005

Tasted blind, and very subjectively, here.

Objectively speaking, this Pinot has been grown on loamy soil with a high limestone proportion, macerated for almost nine weeks, aged mostly in used barriques, and bottled without filtration.

Spätburgunder extraordinaire.
