Baden pinots from Aldi - Rosé Update

I'll just quickly finish the report on Fritz Keller's and Aldi's project begun here with the rosé, third of the bunch:

Once again, Fritz Keller has not taken the obvious path and delivered the most accessible type of wine, for which winemaking technology would no doubt have been ready to hand. I'm afraid that those who regularly trust Aldi with the selection of their rosé will not be happy with this tight and serious little wine, with its gripping acidity and understated berry fruit. I was, and the fact that the opened bottle had become considerably better after one day in the fridge is, once again, a sign of quality. Well done. (full review)
