Especially concentrated, aged dry whites from Furmint and Harslevelu (Tokaj and Somlo region) and Olaszrizling (widespread around e.g. lake Balaton). From the reds you mustn't skip Kekfrankos (Sopron, Eger, Villany), Kadarka (Eger, Szekszard) and Cabernet Franc. The grapes you have mentioned are nice too, though they represent a light, fresh and fruity style.
