What a lovely evening! I had a great time. I am not a very big beer drinker but I must confess I really really enjoyed them all. Perhaps aged beer is better? And that risotto was simply delicious! Mind you, I am Italian and have got some experience with risotto, very very good indeed! Recipe please?
